Maybe he follow his family traits from his mother, a commonwealth 2010 basketball team player, "Goliath" Svetlana Singh, the tallest women in asia measuring at 2.17 Metres hight from head to toe.
According to his mother, Karan's daily diet is 5 Apples and 10 spoon of honey, which he can take in just one go, and will not stop eating unless his mother told him so.
